All shipments are made exclusively through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Shipping Responsibility
Once the order:
Is delivered to USPS
And the tracking number is provided
Responsibility for handling, transporting, and delivering the package passes to the postal service (USPS).
Lost, Delayed, or Unusual Packages
D'Shop is NOT responsible for:
Delivery delays
Lost packages
Packages damaged in transit
Errors made by USPS
If any issues arise with your shipment, you must contact USPS directly using the tracking number provided to file a claim or follow up.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
We are not responsible for lost or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned by USPS due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Changes or Cancellations
