You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

We only accept returns and refunds for 30 days if the item you received doesn't match the listing description and is not as described, and if the item arrives damaged.

For Pokémon Cards we do not accept returns due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry.
