We do not guarantee that the colors, packaging, or visual details seen on screen will be identical to the physical product due to variations in manufacturing or digital display.
3. Condition of Cards and Collectibles
Cards and items may be new, sealed, opened, or collectible, as specified in the description.
We do not guarantee specific grades (PSA, BGS, CGC, or others) unless explicitly stated.
Minor factory imperfections are not considered defects.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.
5. Shipping
We ship from Puerto Rico.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.
Once the package is delivered to the carrier, responsibility for it passes to the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds Policy
Non-refundable items:
Opened trading cards
Sealed products that have been opened
Sale or clearance items
Returns accepted:
Only in the case of receiving an incorrect or defective product.
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
7. Risk with Sealed Products
The customer understands that:
Sealed packs and products contain random contents.
We do not guarantee specific, rare, or high-value cards.
By purchasing, the customer accepts this risk.
8. Intellectual Property
Pokémon, its names, images, and trademarks are the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc.
D'Shop is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these entities.
All proprietary content on the site (logos, text, designs) is the property of the store and may not be reproduced without authorization.
9. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to:
Use the site for illegal purposes
Attempt fraud or scams
